  • Therapy is for everyone! An important element to therapy is finding the right provider for you. That is why I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit.

  • Absolutely! Our sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Online therapy offers greater accessibility, flexibility and comfort by eliminating commute times, accommodating busy work/family schedules and talking to a therapist from a comfortable environment of your choosing.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couple sessions are between 60-80 minutes.

  • I am an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill at the end of each month to submit for reimbursement. After you submit the superbill, the insurance company uses the superbill to evaluate the claim and determine eligibility and reimbursement rates.

    Please note that missed appointments or late cancelled appointments are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

    • Do I have out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits?

    • Is there a limit on sessions my plan will cover per year? If yes, how many?

    • Does my policy cover a 45-minute session (CPT Code: 90834-95)? If yes, how many and what is the reimbursement cost?

    • Is there a co-insurance, copay or other cost I must meet for out-of-network coverage?

    • What is the policy year (i.e. Jan 1 - Dec 31)?

    • Does my plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy?

    • Is there a deductible I must meet prior to coverage? How much of the deductible have I already met?

    • How do I submit for reimbursement, and how long do I have to submit my superbill (can I do a few months worth at a time)?

    • Is there a limitation on teletherapy visits?

    • You have a high deductible or co-pay

    • You don't want to use insurance benefits

    • You control your treatment, i.e., choice of therapists, number of sessions

    • You want to start therapy as soon as possible

  • As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am not licensed to prescribe medication. During treatment, I am happy to refer you to a licensed psychiatrist to assess and provide the support you need to best manage the symptoms you are experiencing.
